This operation is targeting high-profile individuals, including renowned Malayalam actors **Prithviraj Sukumaran** and **Dulquer Salmaan**.
### Operation Details
The authorities conducted raids at 30 locations across several districts in Kerala, including Thiruvananthapuram, Ernakulam, Kottayam, Kozhikode, and Malappuram. These raids took place not only at the residences of the actors but also at prominent car showrooms throughout the state.
Despite the extensive searches, officials reportedly did not find any suspicious vehicles at the homes of Prithviraj Sukumaran and Dulquer Salmaan.

This operation is a joint effort between Customs officials and the Motor Vehicles Department. It focuses on scrutinizing high-end luxury cars registered in Himachal Pradesh but used in other states, particularly Kerala.
The illegal practice involves registering luxury vehicles in Himachal Pradesh and then transporting them across India. Often, these vehicles have their registration numbers changed to conceal their origin and evade luxury car taxes.
