**Youth Stabbed and Robbed by Two Masked Men in Bhopal’s Lohabazar Area**

Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): A shocking theft was reported in Bhopal on Saturday morning, where two masked criminals stabbed a young man and snatched his gold chain, locket, and mobile phone. The incident occurred under the jurisdiction of Kotwali police station in the Lohabazar area.

The victim has been identified as Swadesh Chauhan, 38, a resident of Barkhedi Kala in Ratibad, who works for a private company. According to Swadesh, he had gone to watch the idol immersion at Lower Lake and was returning home when the attack took place.

Swadesh told police that he stopped near Lohabazar to use a public toilet when suddenly two men, with their faces covered, attacked him with a knife. Injured and shocked, he was unable to resist as the assailants snatched his two-tola gold chain with a locket and his mobile phone before fleeing the scene.

Commuters passing by noticed Swadesh lying injured and immediately alerted the police. He was rushed to a hospital, where he is currently undergoing treatment.

Police officials confirmed that a case has been registered at Kotwali police station against the unidentified attackers. Investigators are reviewing CCTV footage from the area to identify and apprehend the culprits.
