Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy warned Sunday that flight delays and cancellations are expected to continue due to the ongoing government shutdown, which has led to staffing shortages at airports nationwide.
“We will delay, we will cancel, any kind of flight across the national airspace to make sure people are safe,” Duffy told ABC News’s “This Week” co-anchor Martha Raddatz.
