Hilary Duff’s “toxic” mom-group pals, including Mandy Moore, were on-hand Thursday to support the singer during her LA stop on the Small Rooms, Big Nerves Tour.
“Broke my brick time to say that my bud is a sensational icon queen giving us all what we needed,” Moore gushed atop a pic of Duff onstage. “You are forever a superstar, @hilaryduff!!!!” In another slide, the “This Is Us” alum shared footage of her fellow hitmaker performing her track “Mature,” labeling it “My fav song!” She tagged the “Lizzie McGuire” star’s husband, Matthew Koma, and her own spouse, Taylor Goldsmith, capturing their enthusiasm while “grooving out” to the music at the Wiltern in LA.
According to People, Janice Lee and Gaby Dalkin, who are also members of the high-profile mom group, were in attendance.
The show of support comes amid an ongoing feud after Ashley Tisdale blasted the group as “toxic” in an essay for The Cut earlier this month, without dropping names. She also claimed she cut ties with them in a text message after being left feeling excluded and “not cool enough” for the group.
“This is too high school for me and I don’t want to take part in it anymore,” she recalled texting.
Moore, Duff, and Meghan Trainor are A-list celebrities who have been photographed at mom group activities with Tisdale in the past. Since then, family and friends have taken sides in the rift.
Duff’s husband, Matthew Koma, blasted the former Disney Channel star as “tone deaf” and “self-obsessed” with a mocked-up cover of “The Cut.”
Zac Efron’s brother Dylan Efron defended Tisdale during Wednesday’s episode of “Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen,” calling the “High School Musical” star “sweet.”
“I try to stay out of that, so I don’t know too much,” he said when a caller asked about the drama. “All I know is Ashley, since I was a kid, she’s been so sweet to me.” He added, “So I can’t envision her doing anything malicious to the mom group. Hopefully, it’s just a misunderstanding? I honestly don’t know what’s going on, though.”
Duff’s estranged sister, Haylie Duff, also appeared to side with Tisdale, as the duo has been spotted hanging out multiple times over the past week. On Wednesday, they headed out to a Malibu restaurant with their kids in tow.
Meanwhile, as the feud rages on, a source told Page Six earlier this month that the drama didn’t sprout from one specific incident.
“It’s a myriad of things, not just one specific,” the insider said.
