Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh): In a shocking incident on Wednesday night, a youth collecting donations for Durga Puja in Bhopal was brutally thrashed and attacked with a knife by a group of miscreants.

The incident took place near Hanuman Mandir in Shahjahanabad around 11:30 pm on Wednesday. The victim, Krish Soni, a teacher who lives with his mother Bharti Soni, had gone out to collect contributions for a Durga Puja pandal.

According to reports, Krish was stopped midway by three men identified as Ilu Chauhan, Bittu alias Rocky, and Rishi Rathore. The accused allegedly threatened Krish and hurled abuses at him, ordering him not to collect donations in that area.
