**North Carolina Restaurant Shooting Leaves At Least 3 Dead**

A tragic shooting unfolded on Saturday night at the American Fish Company restaurant in Southport, North Carolina. Around 9:30 PM local time, a gunman opened fire on the crowd after a boat approached the establishment, resulting in at least three deaths and several injuries.
The American Fish Company, known for its live music events, was hosting a performance by the band “Bacon Grease” from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The shooting occurred during the concert, shocking patrons and abruptly halting the event.
City Manager Noah Saldo confirmed that several people were hospitalized following the incident. Emergency responders quickly arrived on the scene to provide aid and secure the area.
Law enforcement agencies, including the Brunswick County Sheriff’s Office and Southport Police Department, are actively investigating the shooting. No suspects have been apprehended yet, and authorities have urged residents to avoid the area and report any suspicious activity by calling 911.
