Amy Schumer has proudly revealed her dramatic weight loss in a new Instagram photo, months after she credited harsh comments from internet trolls about her appearance for leading to her Cushing syndrome diagnosis, RadarOnline.com can reveal.

The 44-year-old comedian has been open about her experience with weight loss medications Ozempic and Mounjaro, and how online remarks about her “moon face” prompted her to seek medical attention.

### Schumer Shows Off ‘Legs For Days’ in New Instagram Photo

Over the weekend, Schumer shared a snapshot from a trip to Las Vegas with friends Alex Saks and Jillian Bell. The photo stunned fans—Schumer wore a black Miu Miu button-down mini dress paired with black heels, showcasing her noticeably slim figure.

The comment section quickly filled with praise. *The Real Housewives of New Jersey* star Margaret Josephs wrote, “Ok legs for days!!” Director and producer Lee Daniels added, “Skinny momma,” while skincare expert Georgia Louise enthusiastically commented, “AMY… legs need to come out more!!!!” Fellow comedian Kathy Griffin joked, “I’m so pissed about your legs, I can barely talk to you.”

### Schumer’s ‘Horrible Experience’ Taking Ozempic

Schumer’s physical transformation follows a challenging experience with the weight loss drug Ozempic, which she discussed during an appearance on Howard Stern’s SiriusXM show.

“I have this gene, GDF15, which makes you extremely prone to nausea, which is why I was so sick during my pregnancy,” Schumer explained. “So, I tried Ozempic almost three years ago, and I was, like, bedridden. I was like, vomiting — and then you have no energy.”

She added, “But other people take it, and they’re all good. So, God bless them.”

In contrast, Schumer described her experience with Mounjaro as a “night and day difference” compared to Ozempic. In a heartfelt Instagram post, she shared how the medication has helped her symptoms:

“My symptoms of being in perimenopause have disappeared. My hair is fuller, my skin is better, I have more energy. I’m having a really good experience, so I wanted to keep it real with you about that.”

### How Internet Trolls Led to Schumer’s Cushing Syndrome Diagnosis

Schumer previously revealed that social media comments about her weight spurred her to see a doctor, which led to a diagnosis of Cushing syndrome.

In January, she told *Call Her Daddy* host Alex Cooper, “A year ago, the Internet really came for me.” At first, she dismissed the trolls, thinking, “Okay, everybody, like, relax,” until doctors began commenting on her swollen “moon face.”

“Doctors were chiming in in the comments, and they were, like, ‘No, no … something’s really up. Your face looks so crazy.’” Several comments suggested she may have Cushing syndrome, a condition that “happens when the body has too much of the hormone cortisol for a long time,” according to the Mayo Clinic.

Despite noticing symptoms, Schumer said she was in disbelief until she connected the dots: “I had been getting steroid injections for my scars” from breast reduction and C-section procedures.

She added, “So I got these steroid injections, and it gave me this thing called Cushing syndrome, which I wouldn’t have known if the internet hadn’t come for me so hard.”

Fortunately, Schumer said she “got rid” of the condition, explaining, “It just has to work itself out.”

Amy Schumer’s openness about her health struggles and weight loss journey continues to inspire fans and fellow celebrities alike, reminding everyone of the importance of listening to one’s body—even amidst the noise of social media.
