Amy Schumer has showcased her dramatic weight loss in a new Instagram photo, months after revealing that cruel comments from internet trolls about her appearance led to her Cushing Syndrome diagnosis, RadarOnline.com can reveal.

The 44-year-old comedian has been open about her journey with weight loss medications Ozempic and Mounjaro. She previously shared how social media comments about her “moon face” urged her to seek medical attention.

### Schumer Shows Off ‘Legs For Days’ in New Instagram Photo

Over the weekend, Amy Schumer shared a vibrant snap on Instagram from a trip to Las Vegas with friends Alex Saks and Jillian Bell. In the photo, Schumer stunned fans, wearing a black Miu Miu button-down mini dress paired with black heels.

The post quickly garnered praise from fans and fellow celebrities alike. *The Real Housewives of New Jersey* star Margaret Josephs commented, “Ok legs for days!!” Director and producer Lee Daniels added, “Skinny momma,” while skincare expert Georgia Louise encouraged, “AMY.. legs need to come out more!!!!” Fellow comedian Kathy Griffin joked, “I’m so pissed about your legs, I can barely talk to you.”

### Schumer’s ‘Horrible Experience’ Taking Ozempic

Schumer’s physical transformation follows a difficult experience with the weight loss medication Ozempic, which she openly discussed on Howard Stern’s SiriusXM show.

She explained, “I have this gene, GDF15, which makes you extremely prone to nausea, which is why I was so sick during my pregnancy. So, I tried Ozempic almost three years ago, and I was, like, bedridden. I was like, vomiting – and then you have no energy.”

She continued, “But other people take it, and they’re all good. So, God bless them.”

In contrast, Schumer shared that taking Mounjaro has been a “night and day difference” compared to Ozempic. In a candid Instagram post, she credited the medication with improving various aspects of her health:

> “My symptoms of being in perimenopause have disappeared. My hair is fuller, my skin is better, I have more energy.
> I’m having a really good experience, so I wanted to keep it real with you about that.”

### How Internet Trolls Led to Schumer’s Cushing Syndrome Diagnosis

Schumer has previously revealed how negative social media comments about her weight prompted her to visit a doctor, which ultimately led to her diagnosis of Cushing syndrome.

In January, speaking with *Call Her Daddy* host Alex Cooper, she said, “A year ago, the Internet really came for me.”

At first, she dismissed the trolls, thinking, “Okay, everybody, like, relax,” until doctors began commenting on her swollen “moon face.”

She recalled, “Doctors were chiming in in the comments, and they were, like, ‘No, no … something’s really up. Your face looks so crazy.'”

Comments suggested she might have Cushing syndrome, a condition that “happens when the body has too much of the hormone cortisol for a long time,” according to the Mayo Clinic.

Despite experiencing symptoms, Schumer admitted disbelief until she connected the dots: “I had been getting steroid injections for my scars” from her breast reduction and C-section procedures.

She explained, “So I got these steroid injections, and it gave me this thing called Cushing syndrome, which I wouldn’t have known if the internet hadn’t come for me so hard.”

Thankfully, Schumer said she has since “got rid” of the condition, noting, “it just has to work itself out.”

Amy Schumer continues to be transparent about her health journey, embracing her transformation and inspiring others to listen to their bodies and seek help when needed.
