American Jewish Summer Camps Offer Israeli Teens a Break from Pressures at Home
This past summer, 770 teens from the Gaza Envelope participated in Campers2Gether, a Jewish Agency initiative launched in 2024. The program provides Israeli teens with a much-needed respite from the ongoing pressures and challenges they face at home due to the conflict.
The Jewish Agency collaborates with North American camps and Jewish federations to create a supportive and rejuvenating camp experience for these young individuals. Through Campers2Gether, the teens have the opportunity to connect, relax, and enjoy a safe environment away from the stresses of war.
