A lot of things can attack Hornet in *Silksong*, but one of the grossest has to be the maggots. Fall into the wrong water, and you’ll get covered in these wiggly creatures. Removing maggots isn’t straightforward, and the methods available are not particularly easy.

### How to Remove Maggots
There are two ways to remove maggots in *Silksong*: resting at a bench or using Bind. Neither option is especially convenient, considering where you typically encounter maggots and the effects they have on poor Hornet.
Once infested with maggots, they will slowly drain your Silk. This makes it challenging to use Bind to both heal yourself and get rid of these wriggly critters.
If you haven’t already, make sure to fix the bench in Sinner’s Road. This will allow you to rest and quickly remove the maggots. Otherwise, you’ll need to attack enemies in the area to build up Silk, then use Bind to rid yourself of the worms.
**Important:** Using Bind while infected with maggots will *not* heal you, so be prepared for some tough moments!
