Speaking to ANI, Hina addressed the misconception that cancer patients should stay away from work and public life. She said, “This taboo that a cancer patient has to sit at home and do nothing…” emphasizing her determination to continue her career despite her diagnosis.
Earlier, Hina shared the news of her diagnosis on Instagram, writing, “I have been diagnosed with stage three breast cancer. Despite this challenging diagnosis, I wish to reassure everyone that I am doing well. My treatment has already begun, and I am ready to do everything necessary to emerge from this even stronger.”
