Honolulu Emergency Medical Services responded today at approximately 2:05 p.m. to a crash on the town-bound lanes of Pali Highway.
A 21-year-old man, who was wearing a helmet, lost control of his motorcycle and suffered critical injuries.
EMS provided advanced life support at the scene and transported him to an emergency room for further treatment.
