**Dillon Brooks Questionable for Saturday’s Game Against Clippers**
LOS ANGELES — Dillon Brooks is listed as questionable with a core muscle strain ahead of the Phoenix Suns’ game against the Los Angeles Clippers on Saturday, Nov. 8, at the Intuit Dome. Brooks has missed the Suns’ last six games due to the injury, which he suffered last month against the Denver Nuggets. Initially, the injury was diagnosed as right groin soreness.
Suns coach Jordan Ott has indicated that Brooks’ return will largely depend on his pain tolerance. Despite the injury, Brooks has been averaging a career-high 19.3 points in his first three games with Phoenix.
The Suns (4-5) have already faced the Clippers (3-5) twice this season. Los Angeles won the first matchup 129-102 last month at home, but Phoenix took the rematch on Nov. 6 in Phoenix with a 115-102 victory. That game also marked the debut of Jalen Green with the Suns.
Green missed the entire preseason and the first eight regular-season games while recovering from a right hamstring strain. He made a strong impression in his debut, scoring 29 points and hitting 6-of-13 from three-point range to lead the Suns to victory. Green is not listed on the latest injury report.
For the Clippers, James Harden has returned after missing Thursday’s game for personal reasons. However, Kawhi Leonard remains out with a right ankle sprain.
