NEW YORK—BitGo Holdings, Inc. («BitGo»), selskapet for digital aktivainfrastruktur, kunngjorde i dag at Office of the Comptroller of the Currency («OCC») har godkjent søknaden om å konvertere BitGo Trust Company, Inc., et autorisert trustselskap i South Dakota, til en nasjonalbank under navnet BitGo Bank & Trust, National Association (N.A.).
Med denne godkjenningen fra OCC, vil BitGos datterselskap tidligere kjent som Trust Company nå operere som BitGo Bank & Trust, National Association.
