Get ready for another picture-perfect fall Sunday in Massachusetts! Sunday morning will start chilly in the low 40s, but with partly sunny skies, afternoon highs will warm into the upper 60s and low 70s. The wind won’t be too bad, making it a great day to enjoy the outdoors.
However, this pleasant weather comes before a couple of rainy waves heading our way this week.
**Monday:** Things take a turn as rain moves in first thing Monday morning, right in time for the morning commute. Expect heavy rain, which could cause some delays on the roads. The worst of the rain should taper off by early afternoon, but scattered light showers may linger throughout the rest of the day. Morning lows will be in the low 50s with highs reaching the mid to upper 60s. It will be windy, so be sure to have a raincoat handy.
**Tuesday:** You might see an isolated shower very early in the morning, but most of Tuesday will be dry and partly cloudy. Morning lows will drop into the mid 40s, with highs climbing to the mid 60s. Late Tuesday night, there’s a chance of another isolated shower, but the next significant round of rain will hold off until Wednesday.
**Wednesday:** Expect morning lows in the upper 40s and highs in the mid 60s. It will be breezy, with showers likely throughout the day.
**Thursday:** The weather dries out with a mix of sun and clouds, and highs near 60 degrees.
**Friday:** Look for partly sunny skies and temperatures in the upper 50s.
We’re tracking another chance for rain next weekend, so stay tuned for updates!
