A severe monkey problem at Jana Inter College in Babura Dheena, Chandauli, has created a fearful environment for students and residents alike. Several children have already been injured in monkey attacks, prompting parents to pressure the school administration for a swift resolution.
Principal Arvind Kumar has assured the community that the school will immediately write to the district administration to address the safety concerns of students.
**Widespread Chaos in Dheena Area**
The monkey menace is not limited to the school alone. The Dheena Police Station area is also grappling with daily chaos caused by aggressive monkeys. Station House Officer Bhupendra Kumar Nishad reported frequent attacks on visitors, destruction of important documents, and even damage to police uniforms by the animals.
In addition, monkeys have been reportedly attacking passengers at the Dheena Railway Station, further escalating public safety concerns.
The SHO confirmed that he has contacted the Forest Department, but locals are demanding urgent intervention from the authorities to control the escalating menace affecting the market and residential areas.
