**Larry B. Coffin**

Larry B. Coffin, 84, of Brunswick, passed away Sunday, Oct. 12, 2025, at his daughter’s home after a long illness.

He was born in Brunswick on August 23, 1941, to Beulah and Carroll Coffin. Larry lived in Brunswick his entire life and married Thelma Coffin of Brunswick on June 29, 1963.

Larry was a sweet, funny man who always wanted to see people smile and laugh. He was a caring and loving husband, brother, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather. An extremely hard worker his whole life, Larry spent 30 years working as a cook at Ernie’s Drive Inn, followed by 22 years as a custodian at the Brunswick High School for the Brunswick School Department.

He was loved by many, and there was never a picture of him without a smile. Larry enjoyed reading books and watching his favorite TV shows, *The First 48* and *Lone Star Law*.

Larry is survived by his sisters, Gail Richardson and Fay Hart of Brunswick; his daughters, Tammy Osgood of Augusta, Judy Rumbaugh of Martinez, Georgia, Donna Gray of Bath, Candy Kwasniak of Richmond; and his adopted daughter Leah Nayudu.

He was predeceased by his wife, Thelma Coffin; son Randy Hughes; and adopted son Michael Coffin.

A Memorial Service will be held at Stetson’s Funeral Home, 12 Federal St., Brunswick, on October 25, 2025, at 10 a.m., followed by a graveside service at 11:15 a.m. at Riverside Cemetery on River Road in Brunswick.

Arrangements and guidance are in the care of Stetson’s Funeral Home and Cremation Care, 12 Federal Street, Brunswick, Maine.
