Take the Moonveil Peak courier post, which is located to the southwest of the region’s Wayfarer in Where Winds Meet. Once there, head to the left side of the tower to find some ramparts. Climb these to gain entry to the first floor of the tower. Collect the nearby chest before heading in. Get to the next floor, and you will find a broken wall that will lead you outside.
